Creating Meaningful Impact

Bootstrap Empowerment Solutions (BES) was established by a Retired Army Veteran, High School Junior Reserve Officer’s Corps (JROTC) Teacher and his wife to support the observed increasing needs of youth  career explorations, development, structure, self-worth, and mentorship.  Young adults are then able to transition into high demand professional skill trade certification programs. As a community-based nonprofit, we would like to improve the lives of residents while they in return pull others up by the Bootstraps through engaging, enriching, and encouraging resiliency.
